First, all the hype about bamboo was just that, hype. The “bamboo” was nothing but rayon made from bamboo using a harsh chemical process. There are no true bamboo sheets on the market. The estimated cost would be in the thousands to truely use bamboo fiber. So the sustainability and environmentally friendly claims are bogus also. Eucalyptus will have the same problems and the FTC is going to be checking that also. Bottom line, get what feels good to sleep on, but remember, cotton is the only fiber that retains its original DNA. It starts as cotton and is sold as cotton.
