If you were born in the 1980’s or earlier you will remember Beverly Hills 90210 had a beach club. Also, there were beach episode of Saved By the Bell.

Well, 90210 is returning to the beach in search of bigger waves and ratings.

ongtime fans of “Beverly Hills, 90210” will remember the steamy beach episodes, which aired during the summer and reportedly increased ratings on the teen drama. Many of the show’s main characters belonged to the club, while Minnesota-import Brandon Walsh worked at the posh club over the summer

So does this mean that Kansas-import Dixon Wilson on the CW’s new “90210” will also work at the Beverly Hills Beach Club? He seems to be following in Brandon’s footsteps with a job at the gang’s favorite hangout, the Peach Pit, along with his obvious Brandon-like role as a twin who recently moved to Beverly Hills with his family and twin sister.

Regardless of whether Dixon will be folding up beach chairs this summer, there is sure to be some heated scenes at the beach. After all, the beach club is the place where Kelly Taylor and Dylan McKay hooked up while Brenda Walsh was in Paris in the original series.
